    The Calvary May Be Coming

The bugle was sounded. It may not come until next week though. I think we are in for an interesting close.

    • It seems the bottom here is .0017. There is a lot of resistance along that line and there does not seem to be any shorts at that marker. Any further drop would prompt more buyers. Hopefully it will remain consistant and we get some ink in the updates.

well well what we have here now?a rat?

Received word from Peter that he has NOBO in hand; has found a major discrepancy; and has been reviewing the docs w/attys. today to determine proper course of action.

From what I understand, the details w/b made public once the problem is pinpointed; NOT BEFOREHAND.

Let me just say that this man is Pixxed. Anger does not adequately describe what this man is feeling at this time.

    • Well actually next week had better be the week in which there is a P/R reveiling the details of the current contract as stated in the Jan.29 P/R "At the request of the signing party, details on the preliminary contract will be withheld from the public for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. This is to allow marketing materials to be completed and to prepare for an official unveiling ceremony for the general public." If not, I'm sure the SEC and or the FBI could/would construe this as misleading for the sole purpose of selling the dilluted shares to unsuspecting investors. It is fraud under the criminal code and is in violation of the anti-manipulation and tender offer anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws, Sections 9(a) and 14(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and Rule 14e-8 " Tick tock, tick tock.

    • Sorry, the bugle was sounded a couple of years
too late. The wagon train is a smoldering
ruin. The Indians have killed the men, raped
and scalped the women and abducted the children.
What's left to save? With shares changing
hands at 5000 to the buck, the troopers don't
feel it's worth the effort even to saddle up.
Sadly, there's no one to give these poor souls
a Christian burial. Would you mind saying a
few words for their souls? Thanks.
