What? And ruin AAPL! I bought an alarm clock/iphone dock on black friday. It worked 6 weeks. Sony's idea of customer service/warranty is to ship the defective product to their service center at your expense to receive another POS refurb.
APPL does business much differently. THEY ARE customer focused. My video card went bad in an IMac that was 4 years old & because I had brought it in previously to be told "no trouble found" , I sent them a video from my Iphone so they could see the trouble. AAPLE fixed it @ no charge. This is why AAPL is #1 & SNE will die the death of a thousand cuts.
