Whats the upside? How does a non tech stock rate a P/E like this. Plus the volume is gone. It is very thinly traded. Any miss or stumble at all will bring high 20's. It is priced to perfection. Also, insiders never buy, they only sell or cash in options.
Agree that BNNY is priced to perfection and with very little upside. I don't understand the huge p/e investors (traders ?) are giving this company. Barriers to enter and compete against Bnny seem fairly low. Tech companies have huge, intangible value from their highly skilled workforce. What does Bnny have? I have been short a small amount for about 9 months and am going to stay with it.
well if i were playing devil's advocate i would say that it's still a hot industry—and in particular, with snacks being a huge growth driver (and m+a driver: see pringles) for the larger food co's, you could make the argument that bnny represents a pretty good takeout target. and if they crushed earnings the street could probably get comfortable with the high multiples. some stocks just get a pass that way. thoughts?
