In seriousness, Pfizer already has a large interest in this and not to mention an empty drug cabinet. Having already cost costs and expressed an interest in a bolt-on.
Sure makes Protalix look like an immediate acquisition target to me.
IMHO, an offer's on it's way. They've had 15 extra months to think about it.

There are other candidates in the pipeline that make them attractive There's 2 years worth of product on the shelves The competition is struggling and they have them on price They're going to have to market it anyway The other global markets are just a matter of time Theres already a relationship
You could go on and on why they would want to aquire. Can someone give me a good reason why they wouldn't.
