... did we get approval on may 2? Cant remember. There was hardly a press release. Barely a mention of the fact. Did the bloomberg interview get spread to the masses by being inserted in yahoo news? Are there milestone payments? I have to admit Im feeling pretty disappointed with management right now. It seems like everyone cashed in their options and went on vacation. It would have been nice to have left someone in the office to appease new, curios and old investors.
Now Im sure that some of you will say they deserve their cash and they have better things to do, and I get that, but this is a bit of a game and its sad to see such deterioration in pps because they cant get it together to give a couple of public updates. Thats all. Hire a PR firm with all that cash they just made.
While I share your frustration, I don't think this is a total disregard for the individual investor. I feel like PLX is getting itself together and is not saying anything until there is something very significant to say. They do not get involved with the daily stock fluctuations. If you believe in them, then buy more when the stock price goes down. They did not hype before FDA approval and they will not hype after FDA approval. They stick to the same story, that they have a very valuable technology. Currently the market cap of the company is very similar to what it was years ago before the Pfizer relationship and before FDA approval. Back then the idea of making proteins cheaply from plants was a dream. Now its a reality. Somehow there will be a big payday. PLX will not hype the stock price right now. The technology will ultimately speak for itself. Be patient. Everything they have said publicly up until now has been proven true.
I agree but this company never hypes itself. I hope that news will come out as Pfizer unveils its marketing strategy. For now the company seems content with a lower stock price. The time may come to push it higher. Maybe Pfizer is picking up shares cheap.
with all the bad feeling we all have we must remember that management has to be evaluated based on performance and I feel the recent FDA approval corrected to me all bad feeling I had previously... therefore we just have to wait and see....
