    Class action lawsuit against TW

Is it possible for the shareholders to sue TW personally for creating an unconscionable payout to dismiss him? Any thought here?

    • you would sue the board for approving it. I will be surprised if there is not one in the offing from one of the ambulance chasing firms. It is robbery but we wil never see any of it back. We were fleeced.

A lawsuit against TW for his payout will never happen. His employment contract was approved by the BOD compensation committee and has been listed in numerous public filings over the last few years. A lawsuit would have to be filed against SD's BOD for approving the compensation package. This would just hurt the company. Also TW is indemnified by SD for any lawsuits that pertain to his employment at SD, so SD will have to pick up the tab for these also. Especially now that they have publicly stated there was no evidence of misdeeds that could lead to a firing for cause. Shareholders need to suck it up, close the book on the TW era and move on. That would be the best to get SD moving into the future without alot of old baggage to hold it back. Time to move on....
