A Class II filing it totally unacceptable and is the final straw that should force a change in management, which has been long over due. Dan Bradbury must be fired immediately ! Since taking over as CEO, the company's performance record has been terrible in all area's. Instead of taking credit for cutting expenses, we need a CEO in place who can deliver on difficult goals and milestones like increasing revenues, get drugs approved in a timely manner and holding partners accountable for delivering results. Dan must go !!!! I think a change in management would do wonders for the company's stock price and image !!!
