it would demand much higher price. They do what FUEL does (analytics = 'artificial intelligence') and much more. This is new niche and after the dust settles and WS gets it. MM will trade higher than FUEL. The math doesn't lie!
This tells you how screwed up WS when it comes to growth companies. They just go by few QTRs or couple of years regardless of loss or how much revenue. As long as the % is higher, the stock will sky rocket. Some will take notice and hopefully soon and MM will have a higher market cap than FUEL.
The two companies are more alike than different. Like you said, they employ analytics. Plus, they both share app nexus as their trading partner. I think folks are just concerned about how the integration of jumptap and millennial will play out - i for one am cautiously optimistic. The next quarter earnings will tell us which direction that partnership is header. Don't think in one quarter we'll know what the true synergy between the two are.
