Does he give one sheeet about the money lost, jobs lost and shareholders screwedwtf!!
benefit from tax losses of cfc and Mer likely paid for most of both. Don't know why Ken doesn't say this.
I had commented before vote on MER. Couldn't understand why anyone would vote for what was obvious an overpriced p.o.s. Now BAC shareholders diluted to hell, and recovery will take years if at all.
From what i understand about the deal, kenny boy was so excited about getting countrywide, that he nearly wet his pants.
If you read the interview:http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/09_08/b4120017170316.htm?campaign_id=yhooAll I see is that the Fed FORCED, guilted, demanded, insisted, whatever term you want to use to MAKE BAC go ahead with the deal.
If you had a higher IQ and could understand Lewis himself speaking on CNBC, you would think otherwise. Lewis said "In no way did the government say we had to do this deal and it would be wrong to suggest that in any way."
You actually think that if lewis had made that info public, that it would have happened?
"I am rich! Therefore I am RIGHT.You are poor and your opinion is WORTHLESS."
