I don't think that is how the warrant and strike price work.
He has the warrants with a stike price of 7.14. Why invest any money and hope it goes up? I believe the way it works is if the stock let's say goes to 25/share he can then exersize his warrant (if within the given time frame) and purchase at the strike price of 7.14 and be holding an instant gain of 17.86.
Please correct me if I am wrong about my undestanding of this.
