    Obamacare is unconstitutional

Obacare is about to dictate what you can do with your body. But as a free person which our founding fathers told us to do we reserved the right to live however we wanted as long as it is not interfering with the normalilities of general public<<

What the founding fathers said 100's of years ago does not mean anything you must obey the rules laid down by your leader President Obama..when he tells you to live healthy and pay your share of the bill you do it and shut up..what do you think? can do anything you want to do..this is not a free do what the government tells you to do and shut up about it..President Obama rules and you obey..better do as I say or you will land up in prison.

    • Let me ask you a simple question that should clear up your mind a little. Are you more or less free when you go to a hospital due to an injury, and have to pay for not only the cost to heal you, but the cost to heal 2 other people that could not pay their bill and had no insurance. So your bill is 3 times what it would have been had the other two people been responsible and bought insurance. I maintain that you are LESS free. Forcing people to pay for what they receive makes you MORE free. Right now you are a slave to those who don't pay. Obama is trying to make you a free man by requiring those freeloaders to pay for the services they will use.

Dreamstein, those 2 other people you refer to won't be paying insurance whether Obamacare is upheld or not. They for the most part have'nt got the money to pay for health treatment or healthcare insurance. They're probably lucky they pay their rent. The people Obama is going after are generally young people who require very little health care and choose to spend money for healthcare insurance on other essentials. Like maybe college, or saving for a house. Things like that. The deadbeats you are referring to will continue to be a burden on society and we will continue to pay their medical bills regardless of what Obama tells you. He's trying to get a fresh pool of money to fund his socialist program from youthful healthy people who just can't afford the high cost of insurance. That's just the way it is. Nothing notable about it at all. But it is forcing someone to pay for health insurance who does'nt want or need it. Now, that's unconstitutional. If we were a socialist nation, like many european countries, then maybe a socialist leader could enforce such a thing. But we're americans and not used to being dictated to by a government. The issue here isn't really health insurance. It's all about freedom. That's worth a hell of a lot more than any insurance policy. I'm surprised you can't see that.

      • this is a shameless demagoguery. I am sure you can "prove" that black is white and vise versa.

      • if socialized medicine is so great then why is congress exempt from it? And why dud congress exempt dertain unions from this also?-bucko

      • How is Obama going to make a freeloader pay for service by adding another entitlement?? Who pays the American taxpayer still ends up paying for the freeloaders. Is 15 Trillion in debt not enough for you and Obama? What happens when the bond market decides there is just no way we can pay back all this debt?? Oh yeah its cheap money now but that won't last forever just like housing prices wouldn't go up forever. You will despise the day you voted for big spending liberals when you see what your world is like post the soon coming great debt collapse of the United States
