61 Million Americans Voted for Obama (47 Million Americans are on Food Stamps) 60 million voted for Romney. That makes Democrats about the same percentage as Republicans..50%...5o%!!
65 million voted for Obama. 61 million voted for Romney (both figures rounded off). That total was 58.9 % of the eligible voters. The numbers in this nation that identify themselves by registration as republican or democrat is smaller than those that voted for either party. The point is while Fox news and the RNC would like for you to think that the republican party represents near 50% of the American people by any measurement is not an accurate statement by any stretch of the imagination. My figure remains correct. Less than 20% of Americans voted republican or registered themselves as republicans in 2012. Nothing can be assumed about the 59% that did not vote from the proportions of those that did, certainly not that the country is equally divided on all issues along Republican and Democrat points of view on any argument. The only point that can be made is that less than 20% of Americans agreed with the republican candidates arguments enough to bother to vote for him.
And the fact remains less than 20% of the nation voted republican, age, race, political interest, gender or all things considered even some of those that did were independents. To think that anything close to 50% of the nation is represented by the republican party or their right wing fringe is ridiculous. Nothing I stated is not a verifiable fact. No content is misinformation.
