    Positive Thoughts

    While obviously not big volume seems like someone buying in on small blocks...volume generally higher on upticks

    Book Value at least 8+ (after preferred conversion)
    Eliminating Preferred dividends brings nice income to bottom line. Believe there is some tax loss carryover left. Balance sheet should be clean

    Last but not least virtually no mutual fund or institutional investor has recently liquidated their position. If they wanted out they surely know that MM would probably buy their shares at current value (i.e. rather than them trying to sell thru the market and push price down)

    With current overpaid and stagnant managers, and not having paid for there disasters, MM should sell now
    at least for $12+
