Agreed! ..not much input on this Board..only a few were here anyway. I am in touch with some others
and believe action may be taken that has been planned for years. MM kid had his chance.
He is supporting a bunch of old guys in a business that is doing nothing but holding loans/mortgages. No new business to speak of. It is time to sell the Bank for whatever it is worth. I'm sure somebody can put the capital to use.

What kind of action are you planning on taking? MM owns 75% of the shares. BERK has always been run very conservatively from a loan perspective (the ARS disaster is another story). I don't think their business model has changed any.
