No it does not. This company has had nothing but losses and restructuring for decades with only occasional brief bright patches. It's hard to believe that any one company could have a sustained long period of bad management and still be in business. I don't know if the new crew can make a difference. The only passably good thing in the report is that they managed to pay down some of the debt, but there's no cash flow statement to tell what's happening. If this company were a horse, someone would shoot it. Why don't I sell? That's a very good question.
