Lets see....With that $3100 you could get a smoking, chugging piece of rotting 15 yr old car,or ride the buss for six months.Maybe 2 months of a moderate 2 bedrm appt. You get my drift.Small gains aren't worth the effort.I remember when I bought RAI for 19 and sold it 3 yrs later for 69.I had 2900 shares and would have liked to have kept it for even bigger gains but needed the money for a real estate deal.I bought my wife a new car with some of the gain, too. It more than doubled from when I sold it within 3 more yrs.I only look back to regret of that action and others, for inspiration to keep hanging onto my ivan.Warren buffet got rich by only buying and almost never selling stocks.
