You must not have seen the last earnings report that I just looked at today(Saturday). All didn't seem so bad till I got to the back end of the report. Their amount of gas transported has come off the map. Looks like their only moving about 1/2 the gas they were moving the last quarter. The report said they are also getting less money on less volume. The real killer was that they said they had not sold ANY gas during the 1st four days of May. This thing should go into a nose dive Monday. To bad can't short stocks under a couple of dollars, this would make a great short. Mexicans must be playing hardball with POCC. No wonder the ex ceo bailed out this past week. Looks like my Rio Vista dividend was fun while it lasted.
Looks like volumes to PMI ("Pemex") continue to drop. May contract is for 6 million gallons. Thats a drop from about 10 million in April. Looks like Dos Laredos(Valero LP's LPG pipeline) is kicking the crap out of Penn Octane. My question is this, how long can Rio Vista keep paying its distribution with LPG volumes dropping as well as margins?
