When is this turd finally going to go up in value for a sustained period of time? Brazilian stocks have gone nowhere since 2010 and that is the biggest component of the underlying index. I wonder what the P/E ratio is on Brazilian stocks right now - I bet it is the lowest it has been in years.
Yes, and it wouldn't surprise me to see LBJ breach 20 sometime this summer, given the weakness in Emerging Markets equities in general and in Brazilian equities in particular.
Based on my own observations, Latin American equities are boom-or-bust. Whenever the strength returns to Brazilian equities, the Brazilian stock market could double over a period of maybe 24 months or so which, based on compounding, could easily send LBJ 500% or more higher.
I don't know when strength will return to Brazilian equities, but it will eventually happen and when it does the Brazilian stock market and LBJ will turn on a dime
