For my followers this is what the loss of money does to humanity. As you can with your own eyes . The fact that tc has gone from $13.00 when I first recommended to sell all the way to becoming a penny stock has frustrated investors and some #$%$ like stip and so on. You know who you are proves that you should have sold. How can you argue not to sell when tc was $13.00, $12.00, 10.00, 7.00, 5.00, 4.00. 3.00, 2.44, ?. So next time you have a point bring some facts other than your name calling. The beta systems never fails tc is a dog. What do you expect tc to go to with this much debt? After the gold mine gets done 52% goes to royal. To get 100% of the gold out of the ground, labor and so on equals $500.00 per ounce. Lets use 10 ounces as example. $5,000.00 for 10 ounces, Now 4.8 ounces goes to TC and 5.2 ounces goes to royal. So $5,000.00 is what it will cost for 4.8 ounces of gold that tc gets to keep. 4.8 x $1700.00 equals $8,160.00 which is $3,160.00 profit. Can tc afford all the expenses of the company to stay in business? No way will this stock ever be a home run even after the gold mine gets done. I used this example as a simple way to think about what your really getting into. The reality is it will cost more than $500.00 per ounce to get the gold up.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
How much does it cost TC to produce an ounce of gold, after considering sales proceeds from Royal Gold, TC's copper and gold sales proceeds and the cost of digging? I presume $500/ounce cost does not include these other numbers. Does it include interest expenses, cost of running the mine, infrastructure cost etc?
Actually dtime, all the math is already done for you in the investor presentation page 10. The cash costs to run the mine will be $280 million. The revenue from the mine will be $565 million. I may be wrong, but I think that should cover the interest on their loan and have a couple bucks left over.
Its not enough with their overhead. They will just be treading water. For this stock to go back over $10.00 again they need to net out of all the mines a lot more than that. Im sorry to inform you of the reality. This stock is not going any where. When I make a investment I want a double or triple. This is doing nothing other than losing out to inflation. If we come back here in 2 years and the stock is $3.00 what did you get loss of sleep and watching the stock everyday for a expected drop.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
You have to dig a LOT of stuff out of the ground in order for your costs to be $500 per ounce. How much would you say you have to dig? Several tons probably to spend $500. But I suppose since they already spent the $500, then all the leftover rocks and dirt are free. So they've got plenty of rocks and dirt to work with. If only there were something else in all those rocks and dirt that they could sell. Something shiny and coppery in color would be ideal.
