Perhaps you're just busy. Any new thoughts on TC or as I suspect your thesis has not changed. I believe that to be the case. I cannot find anything that suggest TC is not on schedule with Mt.Milligan. It's still disappointing that new projects and operational cost has not seemed to have subsided any but eventually they will as more CEO's are having to focus on cost control measures. Consolidation in the mining sector may be on the verge of an initial spark to much bigger things. That and keeping some of the commodities (build up) would be some sweet music.Heck, I don't know.
Hope you are doing well and your TC holdings will bring you many smiles!
I'm doing fine not much to say until the CC and MM cranks up. Plus I hate these new message boards.
One of the rationals for the overhaul was to get rid of the SPAM, near as I can tell there is as much or SPAM now as before and it seems to last forever. I am beginning to wonder if Yahoo isn't selling space to the SPAMMERS.
Just read an article tonight off the KGC yahoo news that Kinross and Barrick are deferring new production projects due to higher cost and labor issues. I think this will be the best thing to happen for the miners in the long run. These cost overruns cannot continue and survive much less be profitable.
Construction cost over runs are mostly due to managements inability to do construction estimates. Just because you went to accounting school and can count does not mean you can project construction costs.
