with average volume ~ 50k shares per day, assume all of them are purchased by the company, the $10 million re-purchase takes 200 trading days, that's almost one year!
The CEO said the $10 million re-purchase will enhance shareholder's value. Almost all of the shareholder purchased it above $2 at least, some even above $20. But the company wanted to buy it back below $2. If shareholder's value is enhanced by cutting loss and then leaving the market, this might be the biggest joke I have heard.
