General Cable's Q1 estimates were just raised by .01, from .55 to .56, and Q2 lowered .01, from .70 to .69. Considering every other estimate change I've been seeing lately is simply lowering estimates, I've got no problem with this at all, and they've got time to reach and exceed Q2 estimates. Currently, Q3 estimates are at .68. I think by the time Q3 rolls around things will be picking up for General Cable.
I have to repeat myself here (imagine that!), General Cable's share price performance has been nothing short of spectacular. It still seems strange to me that no analysts are talking about this stock. But with numbers like these, who cares?
