Many investors only pay attention to a one page income or earnings statement and don't bother to check out the good positive things that will effect earnings coming down stream. It's good the company is making money but the earnings need to be increasing. That's the bottom line in this tough investment environment.
My Short-Term Sentiment would be to hold until the next quarterly earnings report and see if Eng is (now for the clich) farming their business or executing their plan with an increasing backlog of unfilled projects, orders etc. As for earnings lets maintain at least the same in terms of EPS as copared to the previous years quarter.
ENG is situated in the right industry for todays aggressive investors.
