They had less than 18M shares/options/warrants outstanding at the end of the 1st quarter, so the market cap is currently about 5% of ALNY's market cap - something tells me that TKMR's LNP Technology is worth more than 5% of whatever drug it is used with?
The biggest problem is that there are simply no large funds interested as long as the company is not moving forward. So first the lawsuits have to end. And next the company needs to start moving forward, hopefully with money that they will get from a settlement of judgement against ALNY
The situation is complicated, as ALNY and TKMR are collaborators on the project. At the Lab level, all is fine, but it seems that the ALNY Management was caught trying to screw us out of our share of the partnership. They tried to file their own patents to use TKMR delivery system, using confidential information obtained (stolen) from TKMR.
