It's a complete joke that there has been no news whatsoever in months! As management knows, there are more important things than the current arbitration. With no unit sales, the share price depreciating and expenses adding up you would think that there would be some type of business update to the shareholders from the overpaid CEO. Some type of assurance that something they are doing will make money. Where are the unit sales? Business updates? Direction? Royalties? Dominion? I'm in too deep or I would sell this joke of a company. No offense eagle, badge and hurst. I respect your view and opinion but you know deep down that this management team is a joke. I too was overwhelmed by the technology and the potential. Unfortunately, awards and potential only last so long. If you don't cash in on potential when the potential is there, something is wrong with the approach or technology. Price? Downtime? Better or cheaper options? Lack of legislation? I'm not sure but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this lottery ticket! With little hope!
As the CEO, Dennis is 'supposed' to be governing the company in a positive direction and increasing S/H value. Instead, his first and foremost goal is to govern his own pocket at S/H expense. *****If****** he believed in this company, his compensation package would be in line with the market cap and the recognition of the need to preserve critical funds. His actions speak volumes...
It is impossible to blame Dennis for taking the huge salary and paying his family outrageously without blaming his Board of Directors for approving all his undeserved raises. They are as guilty as he for not keeping the POS up to where it should be. Shame on all of them!
get your info correct...they are selling units, hydronix is not the only customer. also they recently switched to aluminum frames, cutting cost of fab, shipping and longer life. ESPH is constantly innovating, but it seems all I hear is how they do nothing. have been to the plant twice this year alone...constantly running a full crew, and fabricating!
Peter, no offense, but who are you? How do you know they are selling units? How did you get your information? Shouldn't I hear this from the company and not someone on a message board. Please back up your "facts". Shouldn't Dennis be communicating your information with the shareholders ?
