    • Thank You

    • Sorry I have no current information on the depth of the well.

Devon did not mention anything about progress at Kotaneelee in their third quarter report and conference call last Thursday. I wasn't expecting that they would, since they drill hundreds of wells each year.

CSPLF released its third quarter report on November 14 last year. Perhaps at the end of this week or early next week CSPLF will give a brief update on the drilling at Kotaneelee. Sometimes in the quarterly reports CSPLF does refer to progress in specific wells that are being drilled, however they may not give an update on the K well since Devon (not CSPLF) is the operator.

A Devon representative told me recently that drilling slowed in Canada over the summer because it was very wet and muddy. He said however that the well at Kotaneelee which is farther to the north was spud August 22 and he has not heard of any problems in drilling thus far. Since the well is horizontal it is difficult to know how far they must drill before they reach the Nahanni formation. The Devon rep said that we likely will not get a report on the gas flow until after the well is completed. As you know Devon announced in August that they hope to reach a depth of 16,017 feet within 150 days.

    • High of approximately 7.25 recent and two day low of 6.25. Has this stock seen such gyration in recent past?
Is there meaning to the 60+ cent sell off? Comments?
