This thing is a growing monster. The currency issues are killing the numbers right now but eventually those will stabilize and improve. With 15-20% organic growth YoY plus continued expansion......this isn't going to be a $2B company for very long. The combination of the growth plus stabilization of currency will make this thing skyrocket. It's not a short term trade, but it's a phenomenal long term position to hold. It may never get cheaper than it is today when Brazil, etc., is at rock bottom. Patience is a virtue, and in this case, could make people very, very rich.
Totally agree, but I've been holding since the IPO , have averaged cost down somewhat since but it is frustrating to hold when everything else is moving higher and I think about tying up a large sum in something that goes sideways at best. Anyone else out there holding since ARCO went public?
Probably, but an effective strategy for accumulating shares for me has been to take advantage of the volatility and trade it to sell the shares when they reach the top of the range and buy them, as they approach the bottom.
I sold back in May. I'm starting to buy back at these levels.
