Good call. The underwriters got everybody excited about losing "only 0.32 " per share against their estimate of 0.34 nice sales but they bought them with heavy tv. The real issue is the business model is faulty and can not generate a profit. The mass has to be far to much to reach it anytime soon. The race will be if they run out of cash before they actually turn profitable. The stock will be fully valued at $1 a share. That does not mean it will trade that low of course but it is trading at a nose bleed high now. I made 22% and I am out in one day. Others will take some profits as well. It does not trade enough for me to go long for any length of time. we may have had a little short squueze but now the shorts will have it again as it popped too much. The trend for sales looks ok but not good enough. Ask yourself if you would be a client to find a plumber or whatever and pay for it ? This really is about the greater fool theory.I think that this model in addition to being weak has other issues. Buying a building from the CEO ? Hmmm. Lawsuit pending / Class action from clients on improper renewal of memeberships ? Hmm. The CEO has effectively cashed out between stock and this real estate transaction. There are too many good stocks to buy rather than stuff like this . Good short call.
