So isn't this getting kind of crazy?? After "reasons for allowance" was posted I thought for sure we would have heard more by now. Is it common to have to wait this long? Also do the price targets of $21-$28 a share factor in the 889 patent? Thanks everyone.
US PTO examiners are a strange bunch--some are more busy--taking too long time. 12/769885 is going to be issued in 3-6 weeks(definite). 8188146 is already issued--So they have covered Composition and Method patents. 12/702 889,13349150,13284408, 13282145 --have Reasons of Allowance--they are all Methods patents. 13/272520 is on fast track-but again got Non-Final Rejection(Means examiner needs more convincing data to keep going)-This one is for 200-500mg market. I think 2 patents are KEY-which they have. Pronova(GSK LOVAZA patent holder) got only 2 patents 5656,667 and 5502077 and made lot of money with Lovaza and Omacor in US/Europe with 1.4 bil.$ sales. This Norwegian co. is bashing Amarin.
