At least you should learn how to spell Lovaza correctly.
Lovaza is produced from fish oil by transesterification to make the ehtyl esters of EPA and DHA. But the fatty acid moiety within Lovaza's EPA/DHA is still un-modified from that in fish oil, so the double bonds in FA should be all cis-.
Am I missing something?
