First, I see a downgrade in April(when $88 was above where the stock was trading), but nothing recent from UBS. Second, why no mention of the upgrade from S&P "We are raising our '07 EPS estimate by $0.34 to $4.40, and '08's by $0.21 to $5.10. Based on higher multiples to relative metrics, blended with our DCF model, we are lifting our target price by $19 to $104." This is from S&P Market Scope.
OK, now I see the downgrade from today. It's frustrating to me that a downgrade will pull a stock down, while an upgrade often has no or little effect. This is a great company with great numbers and guidance. I only wish I had more cash to buy at this level.
