If you insist on getting into finacial minutiae believe the relevant metric is the revenue per available lower berth day, and that increased 8.3% for the first nine months of this year over the comparable period last year.
If you want to talk about net revenue yields, my guess is you'd want to factor out the rising euro, if you do, they increased 5.9% in the first nine months of 2005. If you don't factor it out, the figure is, of course, much higher.
Is there something unsatisfactory in these numbers, something that would distress a shareholder? Because I detect more potential distress for people silly enough to bet on a decline in these shares.
