    • gold like everything else, buy low sell high. Sure is nice seeing my Claude booming again eh?

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Gartman is more known for knowing when to sell, but totally agree, he's right this time.

Loaded back up yesterday on CGR, got in around .234, didn't get as many as I was thinking, came a few days late to the party, Thinking it's still the lowest price ever for me for CGR shares. Still got other Canadian juniors besides, like BRD, MEAOF, CRCUF, and my biggest holding by far is still EXK

You might check EXK out, they produce a lot of gold for a silver miner. And if you're a gold bull, you might have what it takes to be a silver bull. And they have dramatically increased revenues in spite of lower precious metal prices. It's very cheap, like almost every gold and silver miner.

But yeah, really like CGR, especially at this price. not crazy about the management here, but maybe we'll get someone new.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • Hey all,

Wow, i see that EXK finished up 9.6% today, OK, enough already about EXK.

CGR is fine with me, even if I'm not crazy about Neil McMillan, Speaking our CEO, or Mr Potato-head as lookin' affectionately calls him, I fired off an email to Marc Lepage, the IR guy at Claude:

Hello IR contact person at Claude Resources,

I have owned shares of Claude Resources since 2008, and yesterday I bought a bunch more shares.

Can you please tell me if Neil McMillan is the Chairman of the Board of Directors?

He is listed as the Executive Director by Yahoo Finanace, thinking that's the same thing. And it also lilsts him as President of the company. And he's also the Chief Executive Officer. Seems like a lot of duties for one person.

Also, does the company have a suggested or mandatory retirement age policy for senior management positions?

Thanking you for your prompt reply,

        my real name, aka, crusaderdog

        Here was his response:

        Hi Cr[usaderdog''s real first name],

Neil McMillan is the President and CEO but not the Chairman of the Company. For a public company to have their CEO be President as well is very common. Neil has held both positions since 2004. We do not have a max/min age policy for our executives.

Great to hear that you are still a shareholder and that you have increased your position. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

        Have a great day!

OK, there you go, at least Neil's not also the Chairman of the Board. He's 61. It could be worse!

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
