Ever wonder how much a company's Mission Statement tells you about the organization. I'll list the ASF/Insperity Mission Statement below and then follow with the "Values" -- notice that the values relate to company performance and other than a shielded reference in the next to last element, they have nothing to do with the Mission Statement. Tells me that the company is too self-focused and hasn't spent much time in assessing what they are or how they actually intend to "help business"...their clients.
