Indeed. Following his investment in Airt i've been following his actions in PDEX as well.
A few months ago he took control there with +/- 25% of the actions.
He recently fired the old CEO (after a proxy fight) and put the CFO as CEO/CFO.
I wonder what the results will be in a few weeks...
He might do the same thing with Airt, either in august (annual meeting) either sooner.
