So, the main danger now is delisting in Tokyo??

If it's delisted in Japan I assume it will be delisted on the pink sheets...?? But delisting doesn't necessarily mean it will go bankrupt. Hard to believe this has happened to such a reputable company. Haven't used their endoscopes but have had a few Olympus cameras over the years....

    • Yes, delisting is the main, immediate risk. Can an ADR of a delisted stock trade on the pinks? Not bloody likely.

Will the shareholders get screwed in a delisting? Good question. And how do US laws play into the ADR losses?

Maybe Olympus could supply the endoscopes for officials to look into every orifice of this rotten company.

Time for a Ford-like spokesman to get on the tube and assure investors that :"We are going to get you some new stock certificates to replace those defective ones you now own"
