I have been waiting for someone to say this. Now, tell me what he has done wrong? I do not mind ranting every now and then, hell I’m prone to it myself. But tell me what he has done wrong. Given the current environment, maintaining value is an accomplishment. People seem to forget that mergers such as BK/Mellon are difficult under simple times the past two years have been anything but simple. And do not squeal to me about the dividend, I read the cc’s and while I did not like the cut I could not argue against their reasoning. And if you think losing Kelly at this time will help the stock, think again. Oh and make sure your complaint is BK related not something that was an industry problem.
He is a brilliant guy, but where are the synergies from the merger - after 2.5 years? Has there been any removal of redundancies? What about communication to shareholders - the meeting about Russian lawsuit months ago was great - it would not hurt to communicate more about plans - what is the strategy?
