can sell anytime they want. I've been through two investor class actions (Informix and Sybase) and they are worthless to investors. I suspect that word is "on the street" that the pawn operations are not so good. Hopefully payday loans will pull them out of the fire. I suggested months ago that the pawn industry was dead - too many garage sales, ebay, and low cost of manufactured goods. All of these make pawn inventory worthless. Just take a writedown, and concentrate on Payday loans - much smaller storefronts too.
