This stinker is still trading at about 4 X net tangble assets.
When you realize the liquidation value of your inventory, you start realizing the risk of owning this thing.
Nor do your realize the Strength of Management, their EXCELLENT balance sheet, their substantial margins and still improving housing sector.
I owned this years ago, sold at a nice profit but TOO SOON.
Bought back today. It is OVERSOLD given the latest Qtr results.
