...but the Braeburn and Apple Tree Partners are not.
We might have not seen the NDA, but Braeburn, and the best consultants their money could hire, scrutinized every part of the NDA before they handed the fat check to Titan.
We might be penny investors here, even those of you claiming to be gambling with $500,000 of your hard earned money, but not Braeburn and Apple Tree who plunked down $20M for Probuphine and will pay $50M more upon approval and shoulder all marketing expenses, plus more money later to pursue a pain indication.
Lest we forget.
Gee whiz. I think I just talked myself into buying more come Monday.
One more equally important point is that probuphine is not Braeburn's baby. They did not invest money developing the drug. Unlike in many other companies with their "babies", there were no investors waiting for Braeburn to embellish trial data or hide defects in their CMCs. They looked at proB from the outside, liked what they saw, and decided to go all in. I would say that TTNP approval had been derisk considerably by Braeburn investment and positive ODAC vote.
All excellent AND truthful points well taken slumdawg2011.
And given the length of time you've been posting here, I HIGHLY DOUBT you require purchasing a single additional share at these inflated prices but it isn't unfair at all to encourage others to do so, as they'll make money too....just probably not as much as you, by the share at least....LOL
I've sold some to the run up before ODAC, mostly my 1.70s to 1.90s, knowing that release of papers usually invites a bear raid, I bought during the panic selling, and more after the decision, even some at 1.76, and on the way down to 1.50s. I have more now than ever before because there is much less uncertainty for approval.
