Natural Gas is sold in 1,000,000 British Thermal Units (MMBTU or sometimes MBTU). For the US 1000 cubic feet of Natural Gas (MCF) contains 1.026MMBTU's.
As of yesterday each MCF of gas is valued at $7.11 x 1.026 = $7.29.
Production well tests are calculated at the Maximum. Wells do not produce at these levels over time and the production curve is different for each gas bearing formation drilled. Maximum value = 356MCF/D x $7.29/MCF = $2596/D. A well may only produce 1/2 or 2/3s of maximum or about $1500/D.
Additionally several partners are lined up and share the cost/benefits of the drilling etc. Even if Falcon owns 1/3 of the well, revenues would be $500/D less costs.
You would need to do some dd to refine the value of Hilda Henry No. 1.
