Guys like AF live on the edge of the law, and to the extent they cross over, rely on the difficulty and cost of using the legal system to enforce rights. Financially, it's a big winner for guys like AF. Friday's article was an example of going too far, but he no doubt will get away with it. It's only when you are able to put guys like this in prison for a while, that any real damage is done to them. I would love to see him get sued more often, perhaps this time he'd hire Ratty (a self-proclaimed "real lawyer") as his counsel. Now, that would be a formidable pair to go against. If Ratty is anything like he is on the board in court, I would say there's a good chance he might spend a couple of days in jail on contempt.
BTW "dirt lawyer" explain on what charges AF should be imprisoned. You are a liar about being a lawyer--Now that could be construed as libel. All you have to do is prove you are really a lawyer and you're halfway there!!!
Yes he will "get away" with giving his opinion. If anyone should be sued for their opinions it would skkkum like limbaugh hannity and other teabag philth. You ain't a lawyer pal. That is evident form your posts
