I don't want ASCL to go bankrupt. But it will if P(I)G continues at the helm. IMO, P(I)G and his fellow execs are corrupt, especially in earning inordinant salaries and performing so poorly on the job. I would like to see a recovery, and have argued for nearly 2 yers that P(I)G must go. I also encouraged a class action suit against these incompetent fools.
Sooner or later the BoD and CEO will be held accountable for their breach of fiduciary responsibility. When the SEC nails them, we'll see a new exec management, and the current bozos will be doing some serious jail time. In the meantime, absent a change, this company will go belly up, and I will take my tax write-off.
