Today is roughly thirty days before the release of �Monster�s Inc�. Will we go from roughly $40 to $50 in thirty days?
Here is some historical information for those who care:
1998 - From $43 to $53 in thirty days
October 21, 1998 - Roughly thirty days before �A Bug�s Life� released Pixar�s high for the day was �$42.9375�
November 23, 1998 - Two days before �A Bug�s Life� released Pixar�s high for the day was �$53�
1999 - From $38 to $50.4 in thirty days
October 21, 1999 - Roughly thirty days before �Toy Story 2� released Pixar�s high for the day was �$37.9375�
November 23, 1999 - The day before �Toy Story 2� released Pixar�s high for the day was �$50.375� ------------
I happen to believe that Walt is right and that we will see $50 between now and November 2nd (Smarter shorts will wait until then.)

Irdd, you might have completely ignored the bigger picture in 1998 and 1999
The highs in both of those years surrounded major marketing campaigns. The early build up in 1998 was due to a fortune spent promoting Bug�s Life in Q2 and early Q3. The early build in in 1999 was tied to the television promotion of Bug�s Life on video and DVD
Additional highs, (always in the $50�s), occurred in the 30 days leading up to the November movie releases.
Irdd, how quickly you forgot the photographs that many of Pixar�s investors took during: �The Great Mall Tour of 1998�.
�Irdd, pay no attention to the leaf, simply step around it and you will find the line again�
This month the money is flowing into the biggest marketing campaign in Disney�s history.
Ignore the fact that the price builds up during the market campaign and You will be ignoring a great opportunity.
