The Yahoo share statistics, market cap, and any other share-number-related figures are very screwed up at the moment. I'd guess they may be straightened out by tomorrow. Best to wait until then if you want to do analyses. Or ask on the board, and people here will try to help you.
After the split of this morning there are now about 68.4 Million common shares, plus about 3.3 Million Preferred shares convertible into an additional 22,4 Million common shares, for a total (fully diluted) of about 90.8 million fully diluted common shares, more or less.
