Be cautious with FSGI. Tier1 Capital Ratio is below 5% and falling, a warning sign that the bank might not make it. Most banks - even those with sizable credit quality issues - have a Tier1 ratio over 10%.

Some banks might need a small infusion and still gets huge dilution. In this case there is almost no redemption value left for common holders, JMO.
