What RS????? That's standard boilerplate with low price shares. They getthe board to approve a RS in case they need it. You haven't seen any sign of it have you?
It's what they call a "shelf resolution."
Get with the program. We're well above the need for any RS and we're well on our way to $2 prior to EOM.
My guess is we're going to be heady with good news after the conference call.
I hope your right and that it remains a strategic contingency tactic. It does take a little time to implement however and the signs will come, after-all the RS announcement is recent history..but IMO one way or the other it's not necessarily a bad thing. All the best,
1) I remember looking at limited models with similar RS announcements. Stock climbs post announcement and RS, then company issues a new offering and SP returns to current value. Process takes around 8 months. Time frame could change if CYTK does not do an offering, value may plateau at higher value, (best case). Others may find different models that show other results. Fundamentals look strong with CYTK, so motive of reducing stock to increase attractiveness to larger investors may carry weight as rationale.
2) These horns could also be load up for future shorts as well, we will know when we see our first basher...
3) Company is solid and investors are hyped , (that's my category).
