... We're getting some action now. It would be lunch time on the west coast, and court most likely would have recessed.
I have nothing definative, but if it were bad news and had leaked, pps would be below 20 for sure.
Somehow I'm leaning toward this being a non-event.
But the likelihood of a settlement is still the thrill of the deal. Should it happen, you'll see this stock skyrocket.
Who will light the fuse? The judge by pounding the gavel, or the first amigo in line for the juiciest deal. Maybe the fuse will be Rambus reporting, but whatever the ignition source, just know that it WILL happen.
I had SBUX too. Made some nice profits with it, and then came Krispy Kreme. They both had a 'cult-like' following so when they came to market it was easy money.
I have been and done many things in my life, none of which include being a 70's groupie or a musician. However I do play both violin and cello for peace, pleasure and home entertainment. I also make the best clam chowder in all of New England, have salt air in my lungs and sand between my toes.
Now if I could get Rambus off of my worry list, I might be able to enjoy more of the things I like to do. I truly hate having to babysit any stock, but realize that the benefits and rewards of doing so will be coming quickly.
TIME WILL TELL. I bought SBUX (Starbucks) in 1998 and felt the same way. I mean after all who the hell would pay $3+/cup of coffee. I liked SBUX because their business model reminded me of the sidewalk cafe's of Europe at the time.
Are you a musician or are you a 70's groupee?
Just trying to ease the tension and stop the nail biting.
The continuation is:
...."Bobby thumbed a diesel down, just before it rained. It took us all the way to New Orleans".
"Me and Bobby McGee" - Janice Joplin -(deceased) (drug overdose - she liked to mix smack with southern comfort)
I like to mix Rambus with pistachio nuts. It saves my nails. Damn this stock...I wish it would stabilize and become the darling of Wall St.
RAMBUS was an ideal candidate suited for risk taker for its growth potential but lingering with all its court litigations. That had been changed since the Justice System prescribed FTC REMEDY.
The war is over and it is just not over with. Some actions may be here and there for different days. The competition for grabing the explosive growth opportunity is just on with the recent Street sponsorships.
Big and explosive actions is surfacing.
