    many, many mistakes made

Imagine a planner of a freeway urged the planning commission to select a certain construction path, then secretly purchased the lands at pennies per acre using such insider knowledge. It is unethical however you cut it.

Often I feel sorry for the stockholders when I profit from a short since they may be the victims also, but not in this case. How can you support RMBS?

Imagine the planning commission being told all about the proposed new freeway under aconfidential agreement where the developer of the freeway even showed the planning commission what properties were the most important AND THEN the planning commission incorporated the developer's ideas into the final plann AND THEN when the ideas were REALLY SUCCESSFUL the planning commission convinced an inept federal court judge that the developer should be cut out from the profits!!!!

Don't feel sorry for us LONGS. Feel sorry for our capitalist system if rulings like this one become the norm.
