could Hamm be forced to seek a buyer resulting in a nice premium for stockholders? I am a long term holder looking to buy more if stock gets below 85 again.
When Mike Linn of LINE got divorced a few years ago, ex wife got large share allocation. I assume she sold so it was a real drag on our stock price for some time. Does Hamm want to let his company go?
CNBC folks suggested its more likely he will sell some shares to pay her off. So this would be a negative not a positive. Not likely to sell the whole company,
Hamm could very well sell out now, good for short term gain but bad for long term appreciation.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Maybe he can buy her a NEW house, and they get back together. For the KIDS.
